TAKE ACTION

ADVOCACY

One Journey advocates for policies and programs that assist refugees with the challenges of resettling in the United States or that relieve the plight of refugees worldwide and eliminate the causes of the global refugee crisis. Often, we work in cooperation with refugee-focused advocacy NGOs, such as Refugee Council USA and faith-based organizations and alliances. We share information on advocacy campaigns and emerging needs and work to engage allies and inspire them to take action.

This is a time of great hope for the U.S. Refugee Program and immigration policy. One Journey will play an important part in bringing change. Look for more news in coming weeks. In the meantime, please contact your elected officials and ask them to stand with refugees. We urge you to get involved through NGOs and activists like those listed here. And by volunteering with One Journey’s advocacy efforts. This is a perfect time to get involved.
